By using the All Bets website (allbets.ws) or mobile application, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between All Bets and the user.

All Bets is an internationally licensed online betting platform. While services are provided in Bangla for users in Bangladesh, it is solely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country. All Bets bears no liability for any violation of local laws.

All Bets reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the site after any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account with All Bets, you must meet certain basic eligibility requirements. Providing accurate and truthful information at registration is mandatory. Submitting false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds held at any time.

Key Registration Requirements:

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, All Bets may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document at any time. This verification may be mandatory prior to large withdrawals. Failure to submit the required documents may result in payment being withheld.

All Bets supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking, and direct bank transfer. All payments are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms and Conditions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳5,00,000 (may vary by payment method).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• You must only use payment methods registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals to verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification may be required for first-time or large withdrawals.
• The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Before placing any bet on All Bets, please make sure you fully understand the rules for that bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

• All bets must be placed with real money. Betting on credit is not permitted.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment of confirmation are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, All Bets reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for any related bet will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a score or result, All Bets' decision is final.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market and are subject to change at any time.

In a parlay or accumulator, a single losing leg voids the entire bet. Cash-out, where available, is subject to specific events and conditions — it is not guaranteed on every bet.

All Bets offers a range of bonuses and promotions — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and special occasion offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you must read before claiming.

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (e.g. 5x, 10x, 20x), meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus funds will be automatically cancelled once the validity period ends.
• Eligibility: Some bonuses are available to new users or specific deposit methods only.
• Maximum Bonus Bet: The maximum stake per bet placed with bonus funds is generally capped.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or markets.

All Bets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of a dispute regarding any promotion, All Bets' decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the All Bets platform. Any violation may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Using the platform for money laundering or illicit financial transactions.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unfair advantage.
• Fraud or deception against other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

If All Bets detects any suspicious activity, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation. Users are required to cooperate fully during this process.

All Bets may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of prohibited activity is found.
• If registration was completed using false or incomplete information.
• If evidence is found that the user is under 18 years of age.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account (more than 12 months).
• If required KYC verification documents are not provided.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting our support team. It is strongly recommended to withdraw all available balance before closing the account.

All Bets believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. That's why we prioritise responsible gaming and provide a range of tools to help keep our users safe.
